Dexon Technology is a Thailand-headquartered engineering company specializing in non-destructive testing (NDT) and pipeline in-line inspection (ILI) solutions, with more than 45 years of industry experience developing some of the most cutting-edge UT tools in the industry.

At the core of Dexon’s business is a Research, Development & Engineering (RD&E) team of more than 200 specialists — physicists, NDT experts, FPGA engineers, electronics and firmware engineers, and mechanical engineers — who take every inspection tool from concept through design, prototyping and testing to production.

Robust production & testing facilities allow Dexon to create parts that exceed industry-wide performance, particularly for UT tools, where a large, in-house production facility enables rapid, high-quality production of parts as needed.

Dexon has produced a number of novel NDT & ILI inspection tools, including:

1. The UT-CD Hawk: One of the world’s most accurate UT-based in-line crack inspection tools.
2. The ILI Flexi: A highly flexible ILI tool purpose-built for geometrically complex or inaccessible pipelines.
3. The UT-MC Viper: a casing inspection tool purpose-built for coalbed methane wells.
4. The Pipeglide: a remote-controlled PAUT device that latches and moves along the pipe.

Dexon has also developed bespoke inspection tools for multiple international oil & gas companies.
